6. Service Bookings and Contracts

When you book a service with us, either online or by phone, you are entering into a contract with Air Source Solutions.

6.1 Service Appointments

We will confirm your appointment date and time by email or phone. We may need to reschedule in case of unforeseen circumstances, but we will always give as much notice as possible.

6.2 Access and Safety

You must ensure safe and reasonable access to your property and equipment. If we cannot carry out the service due to lack of access or unsafe conditions, we reserve the right to charge a call-out fee.

6.3 Parts and Materials

Any replacement parts will be of suitable quality and specification. Where original parts are unavailable, equivalent alternatives may be used.

6.4 Service Plans and Subscriptions

  • Your annual service is delivered over a 12-month term, with payments committed for the full year.
  • Payments are collected by direct debit or card subscription and are spread across the 12-month service term.
  • Service plans cannot be cancelled part-way through the 12-month term.
  • If payment fails or is cancelled, we may suspend your cover until payment is brought up to date.
  • Annual services must be booked within your plan year or may be forfeited.

7. Cancellations and Refunds

7.1 Online Purchases

You have the right to cancel any online purchase within 14 days of payment, provided the service has not yet been carried out. Refunds will be processed within 10 working days.

7.2 Services

If you cancel a booked service with less than 24 hours’ notice, we may charge a call-out or cancellation fee.

7.3 Service Plans

Service plans are provided on a 12-month commitment. Refunds are not available for partial months or unused services within the plan term.

8. Liability

We will not be liable for any indirect or consequential losses, or for damage caused by misuse, neglect, or unauthorised repair of your equipment. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid for the relevant product or service.

9. Warranties

All workmanship carries a 12-month guarantee from the date of completion, unless otherwise stated. Manufacturer warranties apply to all supplied parts or products.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
